This Indenture made this 19th day of November in the year of our L 1842 between Anthony Rader and Elizabeth his wife and Samuel Cootes of the County of Rockingham and State of Virginia of the one part and Isaac Moffett Trustee for Elizabeth Moore of the same.......unty and state of the other part. Witnesseth that whereas by the last Will and Testament........Anderson Moffett deceased late of Rockingham County which is duly recorded in the Clerks..........ice of said county the said Anderson Moffett Father of said Elizabeth Moore devised a..........acy to the said Elizabeth Moore for her own separate use and appointed Samuel Newman and.........amuel Moffett Trustees to receive said funds and hold and manage the same for the use and benefit of said Elizabeth Moore which Trust they refused to accept and refused to receive.........fund whereupon a bill in chancery was filed by Amos Moore husband of said Elizabeth his wife for the appointment of a Trustee to carry into effect that provision of........Will of said Anderson Moffett and by the Decree of County Court of Rockingham.........ered at December term 1836 in the Chancery cause aforesaid the said Isaac Moffett...........appointed Trustee to receive and manage the Trust fund aforesaid agreeably to the pro............ns of said Will who accepted the appointment took upon himself the duties of Trustee ........purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of said Will and whereas also by.......Will of Henry Moffett decd he bequeathed a legacy of one hundred and fifty.............his Sister the said Elizabeth Moore for her own proper and exclusive and........appointed the said Isaac Moffett one of the executors for ......Henry Moffett aforesaid.............. with the cause........... rest the Trust funds aforesaid in real property which will answer for .... Therefore in consideration of the premises the said Isaac Moffett having purchased.........Elizabeth his wife and Samuel Cootes tract or parcel of land for the purposes aforesaid sum of one Dollar by the said Isaac Moffett to the said Anthony Rader and Elizabeth his...........paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they the said Anthony Rader and Elizabeth his have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell to the said........for the sepa.....use and benefit of said Elizabeth Moore the following tract or parcel of land......ning a place called Turly Town in Rockingham formerly in several different tracts lots or par........joining each other and now for convenience embraced in one tract or parcel the greater part of..........veyed by Hugh H.
