senr of the county and state afsd Trustees of the Presbyterian
& German…………of the other part, witnesseth, that the said Cootes
for in consideration of…………hand paid by the said Britton, Funk
& Emswiler the rect whereof is hereby ack…….. granted, bargained,
and sold, and doth hereby grant, bargain sell and con………Britton,
Funk and Emswiller Trustees as afsd a certain lot of ground up……………….meeting
house stands in Turley Town in the county of Rockingham, for the….of
the Presbyterian and German Reformed churches, and to be held by
the s……………their succesors for the purposes afsd to have and to
hold the afsd lot of………..appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining to the us… the said Trustees, and their successors in
